Formerly the "Fans of Quinn and Rose Discussion" thread, our group been meeting here for six years. We still hold out hope that our favorite talk show hosts will come back on the air but, whether they do or not, our friendly group will still meet to start the day. So if you are preparing to go to work, are getting home from work - or happily retired - stop in and say mornin' and share the latest news, discuss the weather, share a recipe, or whatever!

On Twitter, LEGAL immigrants were blowing up last night. Those who waited in line for years, paid (w/their own money) attorneys, were LIVID...the Cubans, the Koreans, many Greeks and Eastern Europeans feel slapped in the face by DearLeader. I think there will be more of a fall out, of a misjudgment of the ‘Merican people than what the Left expected. So taunting were they (full of themselves!) that herself, the FIRST female President, Valerie Jarrett (D-IRAN) was the “spokesperson” condoning Barry’s planned actions.
And will TODAY be Ferguson Day?
I took the day off - got to start baking! I’ll be paying attention to the tv all day.
Listening to Boehner sound bytes. He’s useless! And I really really really hate having to listen to king obama’s voice over and over and over!
My brother-in-law got his citizenship a year ago. He paid a lot of money to get it and he had to pass a test on our history and how our government works.
I think all of our elected officials should pass an American History exam and demonstrate their knowledge of how our government works. Obviously obama would not be able to pass it!
My hours cut waaaaaay back (out of job after 12 years by January:( ) but, I was able to listen to Rush yesterday and during the local newsbreaks, the new PGH PD Chief will have Officers working 12 br shifts (to cover LightUpNight) and whatever frivolity the FollowerzOfFerguson whip up.
I really think they (Obots) MISJUDGED the reaction of those who FOLLOWED THE LAW. That is the group(s) they will rebel the loudest against Obama’s EO.
Mrs p6 took today off too. Going with daughter for something...maybe take the kids to see Santa. Meanwhile I’m trying to talk her into baking babka. It’s more for Easter but I thought it would be good. Dough with a chocolate swirl filling.

I hope BIL - who, I’m sure, probably registered DEMOCRAT - gets a clue now! I doubt he will. He lives in eastern Pa. His wife is a HUGE lib! They think the obamacare is just wonderful!
Last Thanksgiving at our house was not pleasant. The entire family is conservative except BIL and wife. The talk turned to politics, and you can imagine how heated it got. We get together again this year. I wonder how BIL and wife will justify obama’s actions with the amnesty.
Oohhh, btw did yunz see Larry the Cable Guy comment on the Cosby rape accusations?
He asked why Cosby is toast but Clinon is toast of the town!

I can’t find it in my Atlanta stores. Where do you get it? We’ll be in Pittsburgh over the holidays and I’ll stock up.
I was able to find it at Dollar General and at Big Lots. You can also order online, I believe. Good stuff! I’ve checked at Walmart and my local super markets, but no go.
This morning I really feel for the legal immigrants I know. They have spent up to $20,000 in legal fees, and put their lives and those of their families on hold for an 8 to 10 year trip through Bureaucrat Hell, in order to comply with our laws.
Obama really SCROOOOOD them all last night.
