I’m excluding the Polar Bear hunting and knock out games that are reported infrequently, though “White Girl Bleed a Lot” maintains a list of these attacks along with groups of blacks attacking whites, Asians and others at major events sometimes.
One of our problems is that the percentages you mention are about to be dramtically changed.

They do realize (don’t they?) that anyone in any area included under this threat has the right to take this threat as real and if approached with menace or broken into around the time of the announcement would have reason to believe somebody was carrying out this threat and could reasonably shoot someone based upon that fear and the need to protect themselves or their family?
