I haven't seen an EO yet. I've heard lots of yelling, but I haven't seen an EO. Have you? Or have you just heard a bunch of people yelling about some EO that Obama may do?

on further reading of that article, the claim that is true is somewhat misleading. They’re not saying its true based on the legality of the issue, but based on how many ppl are being effected. It depends how you define “scale”.

So if both actions were legal, they’re roughly the same “scale”
