It sure seems like a lot of NFL players get in trouble with the law. Anybody in the NFL concerned about the league image???

todays players seem to have difficulty adjusting to adulthood for some reason

the trend to extended adolescence seems to have a home base,,,in the NFL

The pro sports with non-massively popular minor league systems probably have a big leg up in that regard. It’s a lot easier to bench or cut problems when the problems are playing 2nd base for the Altoona Curve or the Richmond Flying Squirrels.

Yup. Lots of tertiary industries like fantasy and gambling around football at all levels. It basically drives sports media. And after fruity celebratory capering and self-congratulatory chest slapping displays became commonplace, it only became even more popular.
