If he cracks down on rioters, his Democrat political career is over.
If he allows rioters to trash white areas, the Democrats are in trouble in the next election.
It's a no-win situation for him. The Leftist activists know that. Their end-game is total control of the Dem party. If the Left cannot be in total control of the Dem party, they are prepared to destroy it.
