Formerly the "Fans of Quinn and Rose Discussion" thread, our group been meeting here for six years. We still hold out hope that our favorite talk show hosts will come back on the air but, whether they do or not, our friendly group will still meet to start the day. So if you are preparing to go to work, are getting home from work - or happily retired - stop in and say mornin' and share the latest news, discuss the weather, share a recipe, or whatever!

Is today our one year QuinnAndRoseLess Anniversary? Oldest son’s birthday was Saturday, and I recall them being pretty close together. I fear one year “off” and comfy retirement reality has set “in.” Though he does “tweet” more (and be now follows me!)
T minus two weeks til middle son’s wedding. Had to purchase a dress (nothing special-just a dress) for the rehearsal dinner. Fingers crossed no snow for all our travels Thanksgiving weekend AND figuring out how to lose 20 lbs for Mom of Groom dress...I SWEAR I didn’t gain weight since I bought that dress WAAAY back in July...but the existing weight has “re-organized” in an awful way.
Yinz be careful...our rain to change to snow after it ices today. Welcome to winter!!!
PS, I just checked Quinn’s timeline on Twitter...he’s selling his Rolex.
I’m retirement has set in.

We may have seen the end of the Q&R radio show (sigh!), but I’m still holding out hope a podcast or something is in the offing.

Ooo...I like the updated name! That is odd Jim selling his watch. On warroom Jim has a review of Rose’s dad’s book of girls on Harleys. I sure hope he isn’t hanging things up but there really isn’t anyplace for him to go.
FWIW wd started all Chistmas music last night and WWSW and maybe another station started this morning. Too early for me and almost none of the songs I like. No “Christmas in Prison” or “All I Get For Christmas Is Blue.”
The least he could do would be update the webpage with an essay or comments on current events.
Lots of shaking going on around the world!!!heading to the OBX next weekend. A few days ago they were calling for 3-5 inches...4 hour body..lost 80 some lbs..hearing about a game changer before Thanksgiving.hope they are wrong..Pleas come back Quinn and Rose!!

One year already? 1320 is the worst station for talk.Friday they took Beck off for ladies Basketball at 10 AM. Its like the people in charge want it to sink.

Oh, man. I love Nags Head. Every couple of years or so, the whole huge family will rent a beach house and have a GREAT time.
Crazy morning! Cat barfing, computer giving me headache, etc. I’m at work now where it’s peaceful. I’m left with some minor coughing from last weeks cold. Some others in the courthouse hacking. Quinn not following me, but I don’t tweet much. Still trying to figure out how it works! Wish he’d get his butt in gear and find a way back. We need him!
I was shocked when he started following me. Maybe he wants to build up his follower base and expand his Twitter presence.

My hand looks like swiss cheese from the kitten playing last night. Good weekend. Bought hubby a used 55 gal tank for his collection. He’s working to set it up as another home for his angelfish.
I’m not surprised BHO is claiming he didn’t know Gruber. BHO is so self-centered that the only name he cares about is his own. Ugh.
We got to The Outer Banks every Thanksgiving. Pine island near Corolla. Wife’s family rents a Beach House on the Beach!!!

Thanksgiving on the OBX sounds wonderful. My family shoud do something like that!
