I’m up! Shouldn’t be; I have stuff to do tomorrow. I have precious little “me” time, what with homeschooling our two kids, and I’ve gotten into a bad habit of staying up too late. Been thinking about trying that thing where you stay up for 24 hours and go to sleep (finally!) at the bedtime you’d like to have. Has anyone tried doing a sleep reset like that?

I’ve heard fasting for 16 hours resets your circadian rhythms, but I’m not sure if that’s true or not.

I do that every 6 weeks or so. I work shiftwork, so my sleep patterns are all messed up at the best of times.

It does seem to help. Just don’t use booze to keep you awake, it nullifies the reset because you’re too hung over to function the next couple of days...
