What makes Texas exceptional is that the 'RATs are confined to the liberal toilets of the cities. This vast state has the leftists surrounded since the good Christian (and Jewish) Conservatives control the surrounding suburbs, exurbs and rural areas. The 'RATs are a plague confined to the rotting cities. Eventually even they will marginalized and ultimately eradicated when the criminal invaders and other undesirables are deported.
That's not exceptional at all, it is exactly the same situation in California and many other states. Problem is, when the population of the cities outnumber the entire rural population of the vast geographical area of the rest of state.
