Should MSNBC be renamed the Cheaters Channel. They have Al Sharpton who has blood on his hands, plagiarist Mike Barnicle, Steve Rattner who paid over $6 MM settlement for bribery and I believe had his license for investment taken away, and now Deutch. Did I miss anyone else?

That was an open and shut case if the realtor had a listing contract. End of story. Deutsch saved himself a bunch of legal fees, that case should not have lasted more than about 15 minutes and Deutsch’s attorney should be sued for malpractice for even bringing such a case.
I will bet you Deutsch actually sues his atty for letting him get to trial. A**hole liberal. But I repeat myself.
