When she has either bought off all her competition or has the dirt ready to roll on them.
I think she’ll tease the idea for as long as possible and raise as much money as she can, but not actually run for the nomination. Too old, too much baggage, too many times falling down drunk and getting head injuries.

You’re right. Those 3 million dollar speeches in Arab countries will stop on a dime once it’s known she’s not running. They’re not paying for her ‘insights’...
She sounded like she would be running when she gave her “Elizabeth Warren” type of speech the other day. But I don’t think she has a good vibe, other candidates for the Democratic Party nomination will use her record against her. I guess other Democrats really aren’t too strong except her nationally.
Oh, and most likely, she did lie to congress, that is by law, a crime which she could be prosecuted for. Whether she will be, I have no idea.
I’m not saying she is going to run or not run.
You know she’ll cap off that resume with “a failed president.”
I do not believe our country would survive consecutive 0bama-clinton regimes.
