When I notice all the carts laying loose in the parking lot - NO matter how many ‘stalls’ they may have and figure anyone who left it there has absolutely no recollection of not so long ago when you used to have to schlep all your goods from the storefront to the parking lot or leave your cart there while you go to retrieve your vehicle.
You would almost HAVE to go shopping in pairs so you would have someone to ‘watch out’ for your recent purchases....
