Apparently, online prices can vary somewhat depending upon how you browse. Another good reason to keep your browser cache and cookies cleared between sessions...

Two months ago I was searching for a new cell phone on Verizon's website.
I looked at three or four in detail; liked the Samsung S4 @$200 (pre-enjoyed) and decided to buy.
However, when I went back to the webpage that showed all the Samsung phones, I noticed the price was now $240.
Closed and reopened my browser (which clears my cookies), went back to the webpage and it was back to $200. SOBs.

but doesn’t this suggest the higher prices are for those new to the sites?

I’ve heard that prices fluctuate based on the operating system you use.

Amazon shows multiple price differences when I search at google. I pick he lowest price. Problem solved.
