That’s what I was thinking! Why not just video tape it, then grab a frame? If it’s that fast, then use a high speed FMS.
You might know better than I. I have a Nikon F2 with a MD-3. Maybe 6.5 frames/sec. I can’t look it up, now.
I still have one of those. I love that camera.
When I am not “working” I love shooting film. No one pays me for that anymore.
I don't believe the point was to photograph something that had never been photographed before. It was to achieve a challenging shot on his own.
