Darwinian evolution does not need intelligent design once evolution itself was created. The laws of the universe were put in place by the creator, but once established they work without need for interference. That is what makes it so beautiful.
Even Pat Robertson said that the earth is billions of years old. God gave me a brain and I use it.

There is more evidence of evolution than there is evidence of World War II. Pretty much everyone with basic understanding of biology agrees, and most mainstream religious entities and leaders now realize that evolution is Gods great work. I have no conflict between my faith and my understanding of evolution.

Your standards of “evidence” are comically low.
God’s word states just over 100 times that his creation reproduces after its own kind.
DNA prevents evolution completely. Its the lock on Gods perfect creation.

What's your scientific evidence for a God (of the Bible), or 13.8 billion years in which by death came man, from nothing? Is time subject to God or is God subject to time? And who created . . time?
There is more evidence of phlogiston than there is of modification of a species to create a new one. Evidence (or lack of it) proves that evolution is still a theory, not a law. And while evolution may be a convenient way for the biologist to escape speciation, as phlogiston is a convenient way to escape atomic theory, evolution cannot give man freedom from the consequences of sin (entropy) and death (decoupling of self-propelling sentient life from a protein-based engine).
But evolution is not a law, it was not created, and it seeks to deny what Jehovah God ordered Moses to record what he was told. You make God, and His Bible, and Moses, and the rules of linguistics all liars. It is Satan that is the father of falsehood(s), not The God. IMHO.

The brain only works on logic, in the way you suggest, for the natural (psuchikos) man. That approach can never discern Spiritual truth, no matter how hard you try (1 Cor. 2:14-15). It is the spiritual man (pneumatikos) who finds it. Evolutionism is not Biblical nor spiritual. It is false science, and not fit for a spiritually mature man (1 Tim. 6:20-21).
So that’s a no?
