sometimes you have to wonder about the media reports.

In this case, they report that he allegedly cut off a woman’s head. Her head is no longer attached to her body. Her head was definitely cut off. Yet they report that this allegedly happened, as if there is some doubt as to what happened.

Just a somewhat off topic observation.

PLEASE FREEPERS - listen up. So many Freepers get all het up over this. As bad as journalism is today - this is NOT an example of it.

Read and learn - until a 'suspect' has been proven guilty in a court of law, he is "presumed innocent". Ever heard of that phrase?

Therefore, until they are convicted, they are "allegedly" guilty...no matter how obviously guilty they are - and if the press doesn't follow that rule, they can be sued, and/ the perp can get a change of venue becasue the 'press has tried them in the paper' - etc etc.

Understand?

(Freepers nattering on over the use of "allegedly" is almost as annoying as the many REAL blunders in today's press.
