The Whole Foods 365 brand of milk that does not have the hormones and junk in it is at least $1.50 to $2.00 less than the organic brand at a regular grocery store.

I switched to almond milk when I went to pure foods five years ago. I will not eat or drink anything that has milk fat in it. It's appalling what manufacturers have done to milk, and with ice cream and other products there's also likely to be HFCS and other junk. Yuk!

On the plus side, it's getting much easier to find pure foods. Five years ago there weren't many foods that were okay to eat.

Aldi milk has no hormones or junk and it’s cheaper than any place else.
