It’s not really that nice. Just expensive because it’s in California.

If that house were in Texas it would sell for about $150,000-$200,000

My house is a palace compared to that.

Isn’t that the truth? That tile in the kitchen and bath is so old it reminds me of the tile in the house I grew up in! lol The lot is pretty and the view is really nice - but other than that it is a tear down and rebuild.

The Kalifornia infection in Austin is running wild. I have seen a 2,500 sq. ft. house on a 1/4 acre here that goes for around $400,000 go for about $200,000 on 30 acres if you look in east Texas or rural north Texas.
