We’ve seen with these doctors setting up medical facilities they don’t have the skill or the means/materials/ability to set up a facility that can be sterilized.
Plastic on dirt floors sealed with cloth tape is pretty much a bullet to the head.
Our military knows how to set up a field hospital that can be sterilized and they can do it quick.
You may not stop the infected from dying but you can give the doctors/care givers a better chance.
I doubt the jug eared clown has the slightest clue what they are dealing with.
