The EXEMPT could not care less.

We’ve reached a situation where the illegal is represented without taxation and the citizen is taxed without representation.

The reality is that both sides are looking at these people as potential voters, not INVADERS which they are.

We should stop issuing visas to anyone from a third world central american craphole, ban muslims altogether, and place all criminal invaders on the border with mexico headed south.

We should tell Mexico City that any more crap from their citizens in the US and we will invade 20 miles in from the US border and expurgate the populations there, create a no-mans-land like between the Norks and South.

The reality is that we should have kept the damned county in 1841 but the peacniks of that time had no balls.

I would recall the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia, and insist that Americans be FREE to travel to Saudi Arabia, and that Christians have the FREEDOM to Assembly, or as a pay back, I´d put the Homeland Security in every mosque, and do IRS audits, and check everyone´s passport that goes in for their morning prayers. I think it´s time to debunk favored status of the Saudis. HOW MANY Saudi citizens were involved in the airplane bombs of 9-11....

So doesn't that make the Democratic Party unconstitutional?

Well said, quite accurate.

Some are indeed innocent victims. *We* are unfortunately in the minority.

The Uniparty serves themselves. Their interests are not yours, citizen. Nor are they concerned with the United States. They’re parasites feasting on us.

Well, to your point and a host of other constitutional discrepancies that congress needs to account for; "account" being the key word...

The voters have not held them accountable. The courts do not consistently hold them accountable; No one will hold them accountable *and* they know it. So, if you know of some pressure that can realistically be brought to bear, please share. I haven't got a clue.

Unfortunately, as there is a collusion of all branches against We the People, I’d say you’re off the mark there...

We need another Revolution. Freedom and Liberty will not be willingly restored from those in ‘power’.

Realistically? We are too far gone; there has not been an angry mob descending upon the Capital (State nor Fed) in quite some time. Congress critters routinely flout the law and are neither fined, arrested, jailed nor removed. Judges routinely use case law instead of the Constitution to continue the perversion of our ‘democracy’.

RE: Voters. Hard to hold anyone accountable when ‘we’ cannot even band together to get the sh!t out of office. There was a recent vanity post I read that would rather drink the GOPe kool-aid than anything else. Instead of removing the deadwood or, even at the worst, allow anyone ELSE to take over that seat (IMHO, the ‘worse’ would only bring out someone better the next election...and bring out the VOTERS), well, hold the nose...as long as they have a (R) next to their name.

Sorry, but just because the the (R) sh!t-sandwidch has a teaspoon less sh!t, doesn’t mean I’ll be happy to eat it. Vote your convictions and let the cards fall where they may. Just make your plans in the background for when D.C. finally lets the mask fall.

I don’t disagree. But if you look at who people vote for, it’s difficult to argue that people haven’t asked for what they are getting.

Could we restore things via the vote now? No. you are correct.

And, IMHO, it’s that way because of how the voting system is currently setup.

No TRUE choices (locked out by the Party machines)
No TRUE chance (nothing done to ensure the voting process)
No TRUE debates (just soundbites)
No TRUE vote (by the time 1/2+ the Country gets to vote...)

Unless that changes, I reaffirm there is no chance to restore the Republic.

Being a (L) [boo/hiss...I can hear it now], I’m don’t vote Party line (more time than not either leaving blank or writing-in), it’s EARNED, not expected. I don’t care for the labels but I, personally, am looking for a Constitutionalist. Not that many since I’ve begun voting even bother to bring it up, let alone espouse its tenants....I’ve tired, many moons ago, of the fallacy of ‘We’ve gotten take back XYZ before...’ to go holding my nose for another sh!tty candidate whom never held my ideals to begin.

And it is scary just how easy it is these days to approach that conclusion. I am going to remain hopeful that the next president will begin to right the ship. Not an easy task at times, but I'm hanging in there.
