Some parts of the valley they could care less what you do, if you ever come to LA, visit the valley, you will know why its the porn capital of the world LOL..but some parts of the valley, are very nice and they will stop you if you look suspicious..same goes for Beverly Hills, they will bring out 4 black and whites for a minor traffic violation because nothing else goes on around here

This took place in Studio City which is a pretty non-diverse, upper income borough of the City of Lost Angeles.
Down in non-diverse Newport Beach, there once was a saying among police: “Ni&&er in Newport.”

And when did that become legal grounds for being questioned, handcuffed, and tossed in a cop car?
I think this was about a black woman kissing a white man, not so much how she was dressed.

This is a case of Existing While Black, which is apparently in and of itself suspicious.
You do not have to show ID in CA unless there is probable cause to detain you suspecting you committed a crime. There was none.
