A few years ago a guy in a residential area of the Upper East Side of Manhattan came up to me and,in a threatening tone,said “why are you taking pictures of me?”

Was it this guy?

Nope.From the looks of him...and the sound of him...I'd wager that his IQ was at least 40 points lower than the guy pictured.
