In what format? What structure? Is it going to be a blob or a mob? Or are they talking in total Iraq — spread among the various districts. Cause you know the logistics of sustaining and supporting 20k in the field is huge when you have to dodge drones and airstrikes.
I suspect most of them find themselves with drones to their left and Mohammed with a beheading scimitar to their right.
Their devotion is probably heavily influenced by their impression of which one will remain closer to them.
