Silly, sure but the Moore Bonds were fun.

Jaws wasn’t so much a Bond villain as he was a henchman. But a fan favorite nonetheless!

Those late seventies/early eighties James Bond movies like Moonraker and A View to a Kill are, to this day, my favorites. I know many, if not most, Bond fans consider the movies during that period the worst of the series when it degenerated into the campy and absurd. But I still prefer them to the much more “serious” modern Bond movies...

He was a born-again Christian. He spoke at my sister’s church and she got to meet him. Said he was a lovely man.

“Kiel broke his leg last week and died in St. Agnes Medical Center in Fresno”

Didn’t know that was fatal.

He looked in pretty bad shape in Happy Gilmore. He either is leaning on a cane or on an extra in every one of his scenes. I was sad for him but thought Adam Sandler was a decent due for casting him and giving him a paycheck.
