Thursday, Sept. 11
Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Baltimore Ravens, 8:25 p.m. The Ravens season is over. OV - AH.
Pittsburgh.
Sunday, Sept. 14
Miami Dolphins vs. Buffalo Bills, 1 p.m. Both teams showed some life last week - more than in recent seasons anyway. Like the Bills at home. Buffalo.
Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Washington Redskins, 1 p.m. Jags surprised last week before collapsing in the second half. The Redskins? Are they bad-bad, half bad, or half good? This game provides the answer. Jacksonville.
Dallas Cowboys vs. Tennessee Titans, 1 p.m.Like the Titans. JJ will be pulling his hair out after an 0 - 2 start. Tennessee.
Arizona Cardinals vs. New York Giants, 1 p.m. Giants rebound at home against the Cards who are coming off a short week and transcontinental travel. G-Men.
New England Patriots vs. Minnesota Vikings, 1 p.m.Pats must win and will do so. Patriots.
New Orleans Saints vs. Cleveland Browns, 1 p.m.Saints all over the Brownies.
Atlanta Falcons vs. Cincinnati Bengals, 1 p.m.Interesting. Is Atlanta for real? They may be, but I don't think they can beat Cincy in Cincy. Bengals.
Detroit Lions vs. Carolina Panthers, 1 p.m.Lions sure looked good against the G-Men and they do have the best WR in the game and a top tier QB. Panthers struggled against Tampa Bay. Lions confound everyone and somehow win this game.
St. Louis Rams vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 4:05 p.m. Buccaneers. (Rams have no 'O'.)
Seattle Seahawks vs. San Diego Chargers, 4:05 p.m. Poor Chargers having to open against Arizona and Seattle. That translates to an 0 - 2 start. Seattle.
Houston Texans vs. Oakland Raiders, 4:25 p.m.Texans are weak at QB but have the D, Texans.
New York Jets vs. Green Bay Packers, 4:25 p.m.Packers rebound from Week 1 shellacking and get in the W column. Packers.
Kansas City Chiefs vs. Denver Broncos, 4:25 p.m.It ain't 2013 as the Chiefs realize Sunday evening when they are 0 - 2. Broncos.
Chicago Bears vs. San Francisco 49ers, 8:30 p.m.Bears also join the 0 - 2 club. Niners.
Monday, Sept. 15
Philadelphia Eagles vs. Indianapolis Colts, 8:30 p.m.Good test game for the Iggles. They pass! Iggles.
No, he won't. He'll pull Garrett's hair out instead. JJ has too big of an ego to pull his own hair.
I'd go with half-good. They outplayed Houston for much of that game, but the turnovers and special teams mistakes killed them. Those are fixable problems, though.
