So grab your coffee - or whatever you choose to start your day - and drop in for some political chit-chat, or just to shoot the breeze! We are all coming from - or going to - work, so stop in to say hi! Feel free to join us!
Snap!
Good morning!
Ooooo...it’s sooo exciting! BO tells us his stratergeee today.
I’ll follow along on Free Republic. Don’t want to insult my ears with his voice!
The worst part is it will be on all the Fox shows all day today.
If I want to listen to “high strangeness” and delusion, I’ll listen to Coast to Coast podcasts. At least it will be entertaining!
Oh, that reminds me. Is C2C still on in Pittsburgh? I haven’t heard it on WJAS.
I don’t know! We are “Coast to Coast Insiders” - for those summer nights when we’re sitting around the chiminair on the deck. Lots of loonies calling it. It’s quite entertaining! lol! I thought C2C was transferring over to WJAS as well.
I wonder if ISIS will be taking notes? I know he’s doing this just because of his poll numbers, but I hope he’s not so stupid as to tip our hand.
I don’t understand why the president needs to announce anything *at all* - Why would you broadcast to the enemy your intentions?
It is listed as on WJAS on the C2C website
“I dont understand why the president needs to announce anything *at all*
Ge hasn’t had a presser in at least three days and the “I” words are building up in him like lava. He needs to let them out so we know who he is.
“Ge hasnt had a presser in at least three days and the I words are building up in him like lava. He needs to let them out so we know who he is.”
*snort* ha ha ha!
Maybe it will go something like this: “But, they are who we thought they were, and we let them off the hook!”
A few days ago Joe Pags was on at 1AM.
Good afternoon n’@everyone...
Not sure if I’ll make it to tomorrow’s morning thread (or if I can stay awake to FReep when TyphoidBarry is on tonight.)
On Saturday my 17 year came home from his HS soccer game complaining of headache; scratchy throat; runny nose. Sunday am he was “hot” to the touch (I feel bad, but he just wanted to sleep and I had the granddaughter so him staying in his room, not spreading his germies). Gave him ibuprofen and let him sleep. Monday he stayed home and slept all day (hacking in his sleep).
Well I got the headache part Monday night, sudden high fever, coughing and so congested. Sickest I’ve been in years...son had a paper due on Tuesday so he went yesterday. He said about 10 % absenteeism (even having subs in). Is this the EV-D68? Who knows (and would they ever really tell us)? I’ve been following the “sick kid threads” here (when I’ve been awake). With having 5 kids and 26 straight years of having a child in this public school system I CAnnot remember any “back to school” flu outbreak this bad or this early.
But stock up on Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer—there is a NASTY BUG IN SW PA right now.
Oh no! You’re right - too early in the year for this type of thing! I hope son gets to feeling better - and you be sure to take care of yourself. I hope PaDad doesn’t get it - or your granddaughter! It seems to be hitting kids really hard.
I’ll take your advice on the clorox. I’ve already started washing my hands pretty thoroughly and using a paper towel to open doors here at work. Thank goodness, I spend most of my time these days at work by myself in a non-public area! I can’t afford to pass it on to my husband either. I’ve started taking vitamin D3 again.
Take care of yourself!

Let’s bring those poor, immigrant chillins here.
We have the same thing. At the start of the school year there are always problems but this year is the worst!
