When I used to wait tables, we'd always refer to blacks as "Canadians".......So we would say, "Darn it, I got a bunch of Canadians at my table, guess that means no tip for me."

So funny. Actually my roommate had a summer job up near the Canadian border. She said that Canadians didn’t understand the whole tipping concept and would never leave a tip.

My first exposure to this phenomena. 10,000 of them at the table, all “family”, whatever that means in their world, and the tip was such that Trayvon Martin could have multiplied it in his head by a factor of five and gotten the correct answer.
