The government’s food pyramid is upside down. I’d call that a hurtful message. Of course I don’t believe hurtful messages have anything to do with it. In most cases obese minorities are the way they are because they eat whatever they like and want even though they know it’s junk. Today’s minorities aren’t generally known for self-restraint.
The gov’t teaching everyone to eat so many carbs has caused obesity and diabetes.
