There have been 11 executions since Nixon became governor, 7 so far this year. Kansas hasn't executed anyone since they reinstated capital punishment.
Thanks for the correction. Thought that Nixon was going to impose a moratorium on executions. Looks like my original source was wrong.
With Sebelius as governor of Kansas, I would have expected that killers would go free and their victims would be convicted of being in the way of the robbers. Hopefully things will change.
