Missouri has a Democrat nutcase for a governor. No Death Penalty will be enforced.
Kansas was also run largely by Democrats over the past 15-20 years (believe there was one Republican governor). Check crime stats and Democrat rule.

I meant the use of it. We’ve been cowed into not using it as opposed to creating the means for its improved use. Firing squads or hanging would work better and be more public than our current wimpy way.
