I did not see that portion of the presser but I did hear the POS say he has had a strategy since ISIS took Mozul.
Of course he did, the only problem with his strategy is that it was to have no strategy. He has now attained whatever it was that Harry Reid has, the Bart Simpson Syndrome.
His strategy is to pose for photos in Estonia and say he has a strategy.
Then jet off on AF One to the next adoring crowd of euro paparazzi.
