I was talking to a used care dealer the other day and he says he won’t touch one. The sellers want too much and his added costs are just too high for resale.

Technically speaking, that is correct.

But actually, the next generation Volt will be coming out soon. What they learned from the first generation went into the second generation which will go into the 3rd generation.

Meanwhile, Nissan Leaf controls about 40% of the world market. The Chevy Spark electric is GM's offset to the Leaf, but it is available only CA and OR, but is manufactured in Korea.

Next year the new Tier 3 lower sulfur gasoline comes on line so your fuel costs will rise.

Are you kidding?

Not a stupid dream at all.

It was made specifically to take money from US taxpayers to enrich libs via tax subsidies. In that, it was highly successful and certainly not a failure

Never intention of being marketable
