Exactly!

The machines were delivered at 9:30 AM, and I started wash at 10:00 AM. My husband left for the hardware store to get supplies to finish the installation of the dryer. He came back at 2:00 PM after visiting several supply stores and failing to come up with the right accessories. By this time I had finished a load of wash with no way to dry it.

Then he moved the washer to install a different set of hoses, and all of the water I had used for my load of wash spilled all over the floor. The machine had not drained because they had installed the drain hose improperly.

Anyhow, he finally finished the installation at 11 pm, and I finished folding my 2 loads of wash at 2:30 AM. I have 15 days (13 now) to decide whether, or not, to keep these machines. I do have to say that I was pleased with how they worked, compared to some of the on-line reviews.

But they are really complicated, and there will be a long learning curve on how to operate them to full advantage.
