Who comes up with these terms? You and I think of it (well, if we think of it at all, which I'd rather not) as sex-change surgery. But no! We have to be politically correct with everything now, so it's "gender reassignment" surgery.
My highly insensitive producer, Shaney B., wants to call it "The Forbidden Snip," but of course that is extremely insensitive and wrong and should not be said, so I will not say "The Forbidden Snip" and you shouldn't either.

Not nearly that many. According to a UCLA study, which would be favorably disposed towards the GBLT cause, transsexuals are approximately 0.3% of adults -- a third of one percent, or 700,000. Still, that's a lot of people to be supporting with surgeries and lifelong hormone treatments.
According to Obama and his minions this must be covered or it’s not real health insurance. This monstrosity has to be repealed.
