That would be Jesse Watters. Yes, the History taught now is sorely lacking. Unless Jesse is asking only the clueless, we are obviously not teaching the Founding Fathers or the reason America was necessary.

We also have an increase in the lack of civility. I’m sure we can all cite personal experiences. Within the last week, I was in a supermarket and saw an elderly man whose hands were shaking, obviously a frail person. He had two items (milk and bread) and he wanted to put them on the checkout belt. The 30-something woman in front of him was yapping on her cell phone. Self-absorbed and totally oblivious. He asked her twice while holding a basket with the two items. She didn’t move her items (someone was ahead of her), initially not paying attention but then showed a mild form of disgust as she turned to look at him. I helped him put the items on the belt while giving her a nasty stare. Sadly, I am seeing more of this lack of civility. This isn’t the America we envision. I know there is good in the nation, plenty of it, but the ignorance is spreading and growing.
