Maybe We're Missing the Biggest News (Obama's vacation "detour")

Apologies in advance for this humble vanity post, but I thought this was an important topic that might otherwise slip under the proverbial radar.

Earlier today I had FOX News on in the background and heard the newscaster speculating about the need for Obama's unscheduled vacation detour back to DC when, as we are so often reminded, he can not only discharge his duties from remote locations, but can actually do his job while putting on the fairway or lounging in a jacuzzi.

It occurred to me that anything distracting him from his vacation would have to meet two criteria:

• The communications needed to be in-person in such a way that it could never find its way to the public.
• The issue must relate to something that is expected to take place in the very near future (otherwise it could wait until after the vacation).

I believe it is possible that we're looking at a massive, blanket amnesty granted by presidential decree to large numbers of illegal aliens. There are very few other issues that I think would meet the above criteria.

It was not "unscheduled" there was an article earlier it was planned, but they needed it to be classified as "unscheduled" to maintain the narrative.

Breitbart’s Ben Shapiro has noted that this trip has been on the schedule books for weeks and is not a detour— it is planned event. But one meeting your criteria certainly.

It does deal with amnesty and exec orders. Kids are coming back to school and finding new classmates who do not know how to use a toilet... may never have done so. This is what is being reacted to-— the illegals are pi**ing citizens off in a major way. Class size, crime, who the “sponsor” families really are turning out to be (MS-13 etc. and gang families).

One reason it may deal with amnesty is because Obama seems much more interested in what happens domestically than on the international front. So, I'm with you on this one.

I believe we're about to live in (more) interesting times ... sadly.
