But the thing is according to the police and some of the witnesses there was a struggle of some kind in or around that police car as they said the gun went off and a shell casing was found in the vehicle along with the fact they said the police officer’s face showed he has been hit several times.
Now if that is the case there should have been GSR on Brown along with signs of a struggle on his hands and knuckles.
So how many autopsy’s are going to be done before we get the facts?
Baden mentioned some kind of injury to the right thumb but no detail — that one may be interesting if there was a struggle in the car.
“So how many autopsys are going to be done before we get the facts?”....
Three, Holder will have the body cremated immediately following this last one.
The reason the FEDS have taken the body for ANOTHER autopsy is to prevent someone from requesting and getting an independent Toxicology Test performed.
Remember , in the Trayvon Martin case, the Judge suppressed Tox reports because there was no indication that Martin had 'recently' ingested drugs.
Same thing with this Brown case. Prior to the incident, he was robbing a Liquor Store, which proves he wasn't doing drugs at that moment (it doesn't, but that is the way the FEDS and JUDGE will rule).
“”So how many autopsys are going to be done before we get the facts?””
As many as it takes to get the results the family wants - especially when Baden is involved. He’s no different from Jackson or Sharpton - always riding in the direction of the controversy. Who’s paying him in this incident?

Victims Put Up Long Fight, A Witness for Simpson Says
By DAVID MARGOLICK
Published: August 11, 1995
A forensic pathologist called by the defense said today that both Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald L. Goldman put up significant struggles before they died, fighting hard enough to have left marks on their killer and occupying him long enough to eliminate O. J. Simpson as a suspect.
The witness, Dr. Michael Baden, co-director of the forensics unit of the New York State Police Department in Albany, said Mrs. Simpson was not incapacitated until the moment she died and had not been lying unconscious as the prosecution contends. And he said Mr. Goldman could have fought for 5, 10 or 15 minutes after his jugular vein was cut, as well as several minutes beforehand.
