Well its only temporary and the folks would surely get their weapons back later what with all the oversight and all. Law enforcement would never abuse a law like this.

Yeah, the only thing temporary about a tax is the percentage rate and that always goes in one direction only, like the old song lyric, “Higher and Higher”.
