As you may or may not know a number of Western and Central Europe countries have pretty strict,and very sill,"anti-hate" laws.In fact I've read that even Canada has such laws as evidenced by various writings of Mark Steyn,a Canadian.And now it would appear that Australia,a nation more strongly influenced by trends in Europe than are we,has laws of a similar nature.It's my understanding that these laws are justified under the principle of "human rights"...that to call somebody a Nazi,while often stupid and unjustified,violates that person's "human rights".
Of course if we could sue every time a Rat Party operative calls *us* Nazis we could bankrupt the Party within months.
