I had forgotten the removal of the honest US attorneys with new ones hand picked by the Clintoons.
Of course, I’m not saying the Toon picks were not honest.

In 1991 with the R King beating Bush ordered the FBI to review all complaints filed against police with the FBI for the previous 5 years there was apx. 15,000 complaints filed and only something like 42 pursued in court.
After the LA riots of 1992 the FBI claimed there was nothing in the files, Bush then ordered the US Attorneys to review the files.
When Reno was nominated for USAG she said if confirmed the first thing she would do was release the content of the files.
She didn’t she fired all the USA’s to cover up what was in the files.
Basically what is in the files and why it needed to be covered up is police are agents of your city govt and the city govt is liable for their actions so the city govts will orchestrate a cover up to avoid or lessen their civil liability and they are using the criminal court to do it.
You’ve got a bunch of Mike Nifongs prosecuting innocent people to cover up police abuse and corruption.
How do I know that?
I personally provided that information to the US Attorneys office in Houston after Bush ordered the USA’s to review the complaints.
I also provided information that in the police officers contract, if a person is “obviously” intoxicated the police do not have to accept or investigate a complaint filed against an officer.
In other words, police walk for pretty much anything they do by simply arresting you and claiming you are drunk or intoxicated in some way.
The MSM never questioned why Reno fired the USA’s because they were too busy paying attention to Waco.

One of the 42 cases pursued out of 15,000 complaints filed was against B Clinton for ordering his state troopers to racial profile.
As part of the settlement he agreed to stop. He didn’t, he was in contempt of court.
Not only did Clinton need the USA’s fire to cover up what was in those 15,000 so did Reno, Christopher, Brown, and Cisneros.
V Fosters job was to surround Clinton with people that needed the USA’s fired. When he started spilling his guts he ended up dead.
In 1998, with Clinton’s impeachment, Hillary had a threat called the “Scorched Earth Policy”, it was a threat to release FBI files.
The files were FBI files on police corruption, not the FBI files Craig Livingston got which were a ruse.
The dems voted in lock step not to impeach or remove Clinton because it wouldn’t be too good for the dem party if blacks found out police weren’t being held accountable because of corrupt dem controlled city govts and not republican racism.
Even though Clinton wasn’t remove form office, Hillary attempted to implement her “Scorched Earth Policy” on March 20, 1999.
The premise of the “Scorched Earth Policy” comes from Bill Ayers book “Prairie Fire”. Orchestrate civil unrest/race riots the shazzam “spontaneous” terrorist attacks.
She failed because at least 15 people contacted the AP reporter Hillary was using to try and drag the files back up.
I know about 15 because I was number 15.
You might have notice in 2009 with the Gates dust up the first thing the Congressional Black Caucus did was call for a review of all complaints filed against police with the FBI.
Rush Limbaugh derailed Hillary in her tracks before she could get her fingers on new files, cost him an NFL team.
