He made a lot of decent films along with some pretty bad ones but he never wasted money on 100 million dollar flops. He made 1 million dollar flops.
Some were pretty decent tho especially the first vigilante film whose name for some reason I can’t recall right now.

“Death Wish” with Charles Bronson is probably what you’re thinking of. Golan-Globus made some real stinkers.
I guess it was the same Cannon that made Cannon movies tales like “Hansel and Gretal” , My kids love that movie, because the brother and sister are very close in age like they are. Let your kids watch it on Youtube....it might get them off of Minecraft for a couple of hours!
