LITTLE ROCK, AR - According to the Little Rock Police Department, Jacob J. Taylor was arrested for parole violations.
Additional investigations have been started.

I doubt that any church hired him- it looks like a storefront ‘church’ that he created himself.

Not uncommon in poor black neighborhoods, which is what this appears to be.
He’s the downmarket version of ‘Reverend’ Jesse Jackson, ‘Reverend’ Al Sharpton, and other such frauds. In this case the faker actually rented a building.
If this is the case then these people, like church going people everywhere, really need to check the back ground of their preacher. A sex offender at the pulpit is just not cool. No telling how many kids (or adults) he went after while he was ‘preying’.
