The account is listed as pop.secureserver.net? Interesting. That sure doesn't sound correct.

Check your settings. You say nothing has changed, but something obviously has--probably without your knowledge.

Your internet service provider may have changed the name of their smtp server.

Give their tech assistance a call to see what the correct name should be and modify your Outlook client smtp server setting accordingly.

If you have had an update recently, IE, Firefox, etc at times these might change that email pop/SMTP Happened once here when Firefox upgraded. Calling the ISP provider who was helpful in restoring the proper information. Now give and take. Good luck.
