The usage of "Los" in such a headline stands out.

Is this satire? That would be so hilarious.

Jerry Jones will never let it happen.

If this happens, or even gets close to happening, expect the diehard Oakland Raider fans to go Batty, completely Ape-Sh3t and throw a series of public tantrums. Don’t Take Their Kodachrome away! Or maybe not so much anymore. The prices on many season’s tickets are very high nowadays, triple digits and more, worse than opera tickets, expense-wise.

I thought the reference about the similarity to the Spurs’ team colors was a bit odd.

No, this is just a gimmick to frighten Oakland officials into putting up a half-billion (or more) in city $$$ for a new stadium or the team may move to San Antonio.

Its a tried and true ploy. We’ll see what happens.

What we WON’t see is a football team in San Antonio.

Isn’t the owner of this team the guy who habitually manipulates and blackmails cities to line his pockets?

They don't have a football team in Oakland, neither.

I wouldn't bet on it. The Alamodome blows away the Oakland Coliseum and would make an excellent temporary home for an NFL team.

I don’t know too much of Mark Davis but his dad Al, who has since passed, was a controversial figure.

But seriously, San Antonio is Cowboys country, and Jerry Jones will never cede that market to another team.

No it’s his kid. Al died. Though he was never really that great at manipulating cities, most other teams have gotten 2 or 3 stadium deals while Al barely got a minor remodel. He was really good at suing the NFL though.

Maybe so. After all, San Antonio DID build a state of the art football arena (20 years ago) and we had no football team to play in it.

So its not unreasonable to think that we would build another one IF the Raiders committed to moving here.
