As far as greenhouse gas production from beef / dairy cattle. If the grass in the field is not consumed by the cow what happens to it? It decomposes in place producing ...... you guessed it - greenhouse gasses!

And when we had upwards of sixty million Bison roaming the great plains and Deer and Elk in massive numbers, how was the environment harmed then? What lasting harm was seen, please show your work supporting these claims. What? I'll just have to take your word for it because you are a scientist? I'm sorry, you have received a failing grade.
