I don’t believe a word of this, the VA is slow but not two years slow. His rating has to be 100%.
After being tricked by the Grandma saying KFC refused to serve a little girl whose face was ripped up by pit bulls, I too have become more cynical. But what do you mean that his rating mustve been 100%? What’s being measured?
