We lived in Chino back then and were taking our out of state relatives to Disneyland. I preferred Knott’s Berry Farm myself, except for Pirates of the Caribbean and Tom Sawyer’s Island.
We lived in Fullerton, very close.
Knots Berry Farm was free back then. Didn’t have theme park rides.
