We can’t even put to death terrorists for crying out loud! Forget about releasing 5 top Taliban commanders from Gitmo, the real outrage is why the hell were they alive in the first place? I wonder if a person couldn’t turn the “cruel and unusual punishment” argument against the libs and argue that keeping a condemned prisoner alive and in constant fear for that long is a violation. Therefore, the sentence must be carried out with all due haste.
