It’s getting easier to sit at a desk, but I think I will grade homework on my kindle. I have worked hard this week to make progress in bending my knee again and I am pleased with the results. I am getting there.
Repitition is key. Somebody told me that their mother would force her heel back as far as it would go and hold it as long as she could (hurts in the beginning) every time she sat down. It works.
Great news - I’m sure this hasn’t been an easy recovery but you seem to be on the mend nicely!
