Irrelevant. Rental. Many don’t even use realtors for that. Not that they have to tell them anyway.
I don’t blame the woman, but the first sentence makes it sound as if she was fishing for a reason to break lease anyway. Of course, apparently she was only there 3 months.

The landlady certainly knew it was stigmatized property. She was the mother of the serial killer.
That alone should void any lease.

I wonder if the realtor knew it was stigmatized property. I heard a story about a lawyer for a guy accused of killing his wife. When the defendant couldn't come up with the fee, the lawyer agreed to take his house in lieu of cash. The guy was found guilty, and the lawyer moved into a perfectly fine house at least after the living room rug was replaced.
