Hope everyone had a great 4th.
We had a nice time on the 4th. Went to sister-in-laws for a cookout. She lives in Elderton. Tom Smith (who ran against Casey) has a business out there. He sets up the BEST fireworks every year. He’s a real down-home patriot. Too bad he lost (or rather, he was cheated out of) the senate seat. So we watched the fireworks and sat around the fire and ate s’mores.
Wish we could go to Hollidaysburg too. Would love to see Rose!

OK.. I couldn’t help myself after lookin’ at those recipes, I had to look for their Cast Iron Cookbook #1.. there ya go a complete set.
